How to request deletion

Email us from the address on your account at [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, and tell us the name or phone number you ordered with.

If you signed in with Facebook, LINE or Google, include the display name on that account so we can find you.

What we do

Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, wishlist and any linked Facebook / LINE / Google identity within 30 days, and write back when it is done.

What the law makes us keep

Accounting and tax records for orders that were paid must be retained for the period Thai law requires. Those records are detached from your account and used only for accounting.

Removing the Facebook connection yourself

You can remove the app at any time under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites. That unlinks it immediately, but it does not delete your shop account — email us as above if you want the data gone.
