Orders

An order is complete once payment has been received in full. Items are held in your cart for the period the shop sets, and are released automatically when that time runs out.

Prices and promotions

The price charged is the one the system verifies at the moment you order. Flash-sale promotions are limited to the quota announced with them.

Pre-orders

Items open for pre-order ship on the schedule stated on the product page.

Cancellation and refunds

A paid order that is cancelled is refunded through the channel it was paid with. We contact you to confirm every time.
